Finally, it’s here…..I was so nervous uploading this workout post. I wasn’t sure if it’s the right things or not…so many negative things was in mind but….
My first ever workout shoot is here!
First of all, let me talk about what is healthy lifestyle mean to me!
It’s NOT about being skinny
It’s NOT weighting small number on the scale
It’s NOT workingout or dieting for few months
When it comes to HEALTHY LIFESTYLE is being WELLNESS,
Wellness; the state or condition of being in good physical and mental health. Good physical and mental health comes from a variety of things and this is different for everyone. For me it’s about balance, moderation and practicing the things that make me feel good, such as healthy life style, exercising, eating for nourishment, getting good sleep, spending time with people I love, enjoying my life and of course eating chocolate, and yes, pizza!) Yoga, pilates, being in touch with my body…the list goes on.
Its all about asking yourself…What makes you feel good physically and mentally?” Whatever that is, that’s where you should start. If you aren’t sure, trying on different workout routine and healthy meals. Whatever works for me, may not works for you but simple way integrate wellness into your life each day of the week
“Very often, it’s those small lifestyle changes that can make a difference and really transform your life. Things like doing any activity you like. For me, it’s spending 1 to 2 hours on the gym 6 days a week. Trying different workout. Eating anything that my body will benefit for it. And of course, nourishing your body inside out with good things. Positive makes me happy and healthy. Be gratitude, gratitude change everything’s.
An other change I did was, having personal trainer. Literally, change my workout and healthy lifestyle. Carlos who is my PT….helps me a lot been honest with you. He is the best and the best!
He is the big impact when it come to my health lifestyle and living. Especially, toning my body and getting stronger.
