Green Smoothies have played a big part in my vegetarian journey! They are the ultimate health drink and the easiest way to include more greens into my healthy lifestyle. There is nothing as dense in nutrients as fresh green smoothies in the morning. Green Smoothies are packed with chlorophyll, protein and fibre. Therefore, makes me feel full for hours.
Here is a new combo that I have really enjoyed making lately. 🙂
2 tsb of Chia seed
1 tsb of peanut butter
Almond milk ( I usually use 100ml for 1 portion)
