I loveΒ PASTA as they are soooo yummy and so fun to make. It comes in so many varieties when it come shape and colour. And there are many ways to prepare them using both cooked OR raw sauces. In this recipe I’m using my new favorite pasta that only made with 5 green ingredients( Broccoli, Kale, Parsley, spinach and zucchini ).Β Β This recipe is really simple and delicious but also amazingly healthy for you.Β It only takes about 15-20 minutes to make it. Which is a perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to spend too much time cooking πŸ™‚


  • Pasta fusilli (100% G/F)
  • 2-3 diced fresh tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon organicΒ garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • coconut milk


Cook the pasta first. While that is cooking, heat up coconut oil on saucepan. Start with the mushroom when it cook about 3mins, add diced tomatoes, organic garlic powder , turmeric and coconut milk. Stir it until become thick creamy sauce. Add the pasta and stir for 3mins.

The combination of the creamy coconut milk, the rich mushroom and fresh tomatoes are so satisfying and delicious. I am sure you like this one as much as I do ☺!!! and especially so healthy😊
