ZUCCHINI NOODLES ๐Ÿ

If you are a pasta lover, this is your new healthy vegan / gluten-free dish. It only take 10 – 15 minute to make which is a perfect for anyone who doesnโ€™t want to spend too much time cooking. I usedย Starfrit Spiralizer / Slicerย  to make this yummy delicious Zucchini noodleย and I love it! It’s easy to use and the result is incredible.

INGREDIENTS

2-3 Zucchinis
1 avocado
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsb garlic powder
1 tsb of coconut oil

STEP

Spiralize the Zucchinis first and then heat up coconut oil on saucepan. stir for 5min. Put all the other ingredients except cherry tomatoes into a blender to make the sauce. Blended together until it’s smooth and creamy. slice cherry tomatoes. And finally, these healthy lunch is ready! so satisfying and delicious.
